The production of a high quality and accurate plan or land and topographic surveys detailing the scope, extent and nature of a development area prior to development represents the basis upon which project can be assessed, planned and subsequently designed.  The plan will most likely be an essential part of the whole project life-cycle and must therefore be of an appropriate accuracy and detail.

Wherever possible FarrimondMacManus Ltd will encourage the client's involvement in the production of survey specifications. In cases where such a process is not possible then we work to the RICS Specification Guidelines.

The presentation of land survey data may vary from 2D paper plots or digital drawing through to 3D digital models. FarrimondMacManus Ltd places emphasis on agreeing the deliverable format with the client so as to ensure that this is best suited to its future application.

Careful quality control has been designed in to our data acquisition, data processing & management and presentation process to ensure that all of our surveys are of the highest quality standards.

All of our surveys are carried out with up to date sub centimetre Total Station and DGPS technologies.  Each output drawing is plotted to Irish Grid and all levels related to OS Datum.
