We are currently seeking archaeologists of various grades to assist FarrimondMacManus Ltd in the delivery of archaeological projects throughout Northern Ireland with positions commencing 19th October for between 10 - 12 weeks. No working away is expected, however accommodation/transportation costs are provided where required.

Payscale:
Junior Archaeologists (less than 3 months experience): £16900 p.a / £325 pw
Field Archaeologists: £18200 - £19500 p.a / £350 - £375 per week depending upon experience
Supervisors: £19760 - £21320 p.a / £380 - £410 per week

Candidates for the position of Field Archaeologist should have the following:
- Degree in archaeology or relevant subject OR demonstrable experience in archaeological site excavation and recording within the UK and/or Ireland
- Valid CSCS / CSR / Safe Pass H&S card
- Ability to work as part of a team
- UK / EU Driving licence desirable
- Degree in archaeology with at least 3 months experience supervising archaeological teams
- Valid CSCS / CSR / Safe Pass H&S card
- Ability to work as part of a team with good communication and people skills
- Experience of supervising small teams of archaeologists reporting to Project Archaeologist / Site Director
- Experience of providing watching brief/evaluation support to Project Archaeologist / Sitte Director
- Good computer literacy and experience of reporting
- Valid UK / EU Driving licence
- 37.5hr week
